What a privilege tonight to get to attend the @ldeistl presentation on fermentation from some St Louis culinary/libation Super Women! Fascinating talk hosted by @cat_neville with a panel of experts you must seek out for some natural deliciousness ... @anyasapothekere ‘s fermented honeys were mindblowing... @katiesculturedkitchen ‘s amazing veg, kraut & kombucha sangria ... @2ndshiftbrewing ‘s always fabulous brews!!! Coming back after a wonderful whirlwind extended weekend to a long day of work was worth it due to wrapping up the night sharing a bit of interesting deliciousness at @oldetownspiceshoppe ‘s monthly free mini cooking class. Had some great folks attend with loads of questions and even learned a bit from some of them! Talked about venison and other game meats and how best to prepare, also made up a delicious pot of venison stew to share.
